The twelve-month programme will immerse participants into a three-month job rotation in disciplines related to the many and varied aspects of our business, all supported by a structured training programme designed to challenge and grow participants.

Apprenticeships & Trainees
We offer two different routes into our apprenticeship programmes.
Our Degree and Modern Apprenticeship programmes allow you to study towards a degree or industry recognised qualification, whilst participating in relevant work-based learning and developing the core-skills required to succeed in your role. Depending on the university or college you attend, there may be a requirement to attend lessons either virtually or in-person.
Our trade apprenticeship programme will prepare you for an on-site job. Working with our experienced on site trades and under the mentorship of our site management team, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to succeed in your chosen profession. We support staff undertaking regular off-the-job learning through day release to college and can offer apprentices career progression into site management through higher and degree apprenticeships.

Our People
We consider our staff to be out most important asset, so we look after them accordingly. Every single individual is encouraged to reach their potential
“Before starting with Croudace I never imagined Construction being an industry I would be interested in, but I enjoy every aspect! I joined Croudace as an Apprentice, where I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Construction and have recently started my NVQ Level 4. Everyone has given me a huge amount of support, as I came into the industry with limited knowledge. I have particularly found the trades teams to be helpful in boosting my experience and confidence, and have given some tasks a go myself!”
Liberty Simpkins - Assistant Site Manager
“I joined Croudace as an Undergraduate Engineer and the support I received during my placement year boosted my confidence greatly. This prepared me for the final year of my BSc and whilst at University, the team kept in touch, supporting me in my dissertation. I then returned as a Graduate Engineer and have been given the ability to take on more challenging work such as designing roads and drainage systems for our sites. I am also pursuing my MSc part-time, helping me further with my career progression.”
Lauretta Nabawanda - Assistant Engineer
“Since starting with Croudace, I have enjoyed every moment, finding everyone very helpful and welcoming. I'm currently studying a degree in Quantity Surveying as a Modern Apprenticeship. My role as Surveying Technician means that I work closely and support all levels of surveyors in the Build Team. I recently have been given my own projects and I have found everyone's support has been helpful in learning different approaches to tasks, improving my overall experience.”
Jacob Reynolds - Surveying Technician
