Finishing Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our South Thames site team in Burgess Hill. 

You will be responsible for supporting the Project/Site Manager in achieving and maintaining a high quality of finish to all aspects of the development.  Being fully conversant and compliant with the procedures and health and safety requirements, you will support the site management team to plan and organise the detailed finishing programmes to be issued to subcontractors.  Achieve a high quality of finish both internally and externally to all units, from either post drylining (or a stage agreed by the Building Manager) to Stage 4, by carrying out inspections and ensuring all remedial and touch works required following those inspections are completed.  Attention to detail, good presentation and working to quality standards are essential attributes for the role.  Ideally you will live no more than one hour travel time from the site.
