We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for digital marketing to join our Marketing team to provide support to the Marketing Manager and the Group Marketing Function. The role comprises a variety of duties, including developing and growing our social media presence, monitoring and reporting analytics, developing individual branding concepts through to onsite installation of new developments, organising marketing collateral and monitoring the Company website and external portals to ensure our online presence is aligned to the Croudace brand.
You will be ideally educated to a degree level in a related discipline and have experience of working in a marketing related role with a digital focus. Excellent communication and copywriting skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually. You must have experience generating leads and reporting on analytics through social media and other external property portals. Experience managing budgets is preferable. You must be proactive and motivated, able to perform well under pressure but most of all be passionate about marketing, all things digital and driving sales. Within this role you will be required to spend time away from the office and out in the field on our developments. Therefore, a full clean driving licence is essential.
Work with the Marketing Manager to produce on and offline marketing campaigns, creating ads on social media sites and monitoring success through analytics
Monitor content on Company websites and liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure Croudace’s online presence is up to date and aligned with the Croudace brand
Assist with the analysis of CRM data
Liaise with Media Buyer to organise advertising
Produce marketing proposals for the onsite Sales and Marketing complexes in order to send out to the Build Team to implement and oversee the project
Act as an information source for the onsite sales teams and external enquiries for any marketing-related enquiries
Liaise with Graphic Designer regarding all artwork requirements
Liaise with all contractors regarding all on site installations
Undertake content generation for marketing collateral and proof reading when necessary
Ensure the Marketing files are kept updated and make suitable suggestions for new photography
Manage the lifecycle of corporate printed material as requested, from creative concept through to print management with involvement from the Marketing Manager and the Sales Admin team
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Educated to degree level in related discipline and have experience in a marketing-related role preferably within the new homes industry
Excellent communication and copy writing skills
Ability to work as part of a team, alone and with people of varying levels of seniority
Meticulous attention to detail
Thorough understanding of Social Media and Analytics
Good IT skills: Microsoft Word; Excel; Power Point, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
Some knowledge of the construction, house building or property sectors would be an advantage
Full, Clean Driving Licence
