HR Advisor

Here at Croudace Homes, we are excited to announce a new opportunity has become available for a HR Advisor to join us based from our office in Caterham, Surrey.

This diverse role will give you the responsibility of providing an optimum HR service to the business, covering generalist activities and tasks. Alongside this, you will also oversee our Rewards & Benefits programme and HR Information System by maintaining, reviewing and improving our approach, giving you the fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic HR team and business.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a proactive HR service, by providing guidance and appropriate HR support to the business, whilst driving best practice in line with company procedures, policies and legislation
  • Responsibility for our Reward and Benefits programme
  • Support on salary and bonus reviews, undertaking benchmarking and reviewing remuneration packages
  • Oversee, understand and develop the HRIS capabilities, especially in relation to the accurate production of HR reports, workforce data and metrics.
  • Manage day to day HRIS queries and maintain ongoing administration of the system including the operating procedures for processes and make relevant system changes

About you:

  • A solid background and knowledge of HR preferably within a generalist capacity
  • Previous experience of supporting across Reward and Benefits, including analysis, job evaluation and grading
  • Experience and previous use of HR Information Systems - Cascade is desirable
  • Strong understanding of HR processes with experience of data analysis, interpretation and manipulation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels across the business.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular excel skills
  • Highly organised with ability to manage workload, with a strong attention to detail
