Our structured approach to training is comprehensive for all staff regardless of level or discipline. Each and every member of our team has had his or her role evaluated each year to ensure they have the relevant, up-to-date training to develop their career and stay motivated. We have entered into approved training partnerships with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologist (CIAT) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
We offer an entry scheme for graduates with degrees in disciplines related directly to the skills and knowledge required. We provide a structured graduate training programme with the opportunity to work on a specific site or project, along with a graduate rotation programme to learn about the different departments within the Croudace Group. We offer a fantastic opportunity for undergraduates to work with Croudace on a 'One Year Placement'. We structure a training programme focusing on building critical skills, knowledge and to gain hands on experience, enabling students to achieve the best results in their degree.
Working alongside the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) we offer 2 year Apprenticeship placements in Bricklaying, Carpentry and Joinery. We provide onsite practical experience working with experienced trades under the mentorship of our site management team. We will support day release to college throughout the apprenticeship and can offer further career progression into site management.
We also provide excellent trainee opportunities for school and college leavers to build an exceptional career with Croudace Homes. With our structured approach to training and development and the ability to combine being part of our team whilst studying towards a relevant qualification.
